C & N Consultants Inc, is a construction consultancy company based in Seattle. We specialize in cost management; cost estimating, value analysis, cost monitoring and other construction cost related tasks.

David Nash, President, has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry in the Northwest. David is well-known in the Seattle area construction community and over the years has worked on many complex and prestigious projects locally, nationally and abroad. He has earned an excellent reputation for his overall construction knowledge and accurate estimating ability, especially at the early budgetary and pre-design stage of a project. David’s hands-on, practical approach to cost estimating together with his contractor background enables building owners, architects and design team members to base their decision-making on accurate and realistic cost information. David is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the internationally recognized professional body for controlling and understanding construction costs.

Andrew Cluness, Senior Cost Consultant has joined C & N as is a senior cost consultant. Andrew brings ten years of extensive knowledge of the construction management industry. His cost planning expertise is applied through various sectors ranging from offices, courthouses, healthcare, education, manufacturing facilities, residential, museums, hotels and resorts, parking structures and confidential government projects. He has worked on projects ranging in scope and size from $1 million to $1.5 billion for private and public sector clients. From contract inception to completion, Andrew has provided both pre and post contract duties including estimating and negotiating of contracts and change orders.

Our emphasis at C & N Consultants is to offer second to none cost information by combining our professional quantity surveying methods, knowledge and experience with accurate information from the local suppliers and sub-contractors.

In addition to estimating and construction management skills, we are able to offer professional help in many related construction activities.
